Job Description:

    • Defineproject scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Planand execute the projectsdeliveringon-time, within thescopeand withinbudget.
    • ManageProject Changesto the scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
    • Measure and report project performance. Escalate to the management as needed.
    • EnsureDeliveryProcess Compliance, resource optimal utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
    • Meetfinancial objectives of the account, improve the key parameters for the account to improve the margins
    • Buildarelationshipwith Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account anddrive for customer satisfaction
    • Interact with Client Engagement Managers, the Leadership team from Gramener and Client-side CXOs
