Position Overview:



JEKSON is searching for a result – oriented individual who is committed to excellence to join our successful team as HR/Payroll Executive. The HR/Payroll Executive will be accountable for all general HR administrative activities, statutory and payroll.
Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in the field of IT/ITES HR/Payroll
  • A good knowledge of employment processing, statutory benefits, and records management
  • A good knowledge of payroll software i.e. GREYTHR or any other payroll ERP.
  • UG qualification preferably with a commerce background
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self – motivated
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Proactive with good work ethic
  • Confident in a fast – paced, deadline – driven environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage and work as a part of the team

Core Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and administer employee – related data
  • Preparation of payroll inputs and ensure consistency of output
  • Accountable for ensuring employee salaries are paid accurately and as per the company s policy
  • Reconciliation of payroll data and maintain a proper document control system for auditing
  • Process candidate offers. Engage and explain compensation and benefit details to prospective employees
  • Verification and collection of documents from the new joiners and their maintenance
  • Responsible for filing all the relevant documents as required under the labour law
  • Address any routine HR request by employees
