• The CRE is a single point of contact for customers from purchase to possession and registration.
  • The CRE will interact with the customers via e-mails, phone calls, personal meetings at site/ office. It is an office-based role however, CRE is expected to visit site frequently for internal meetings / to meet customers
  • Clarifying all the queries raised by the customer with regard to the product, financial transactions and legal matters
  • Interact with all internal departments for seeking clarification and status on the rules and regulations pertaining to the query
  • Support the finance department in payment collections
  • Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.

Required Candidate profileMBA or Civil Engineering Graduates or Students of final semester can also apply; the candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work.
