Role:

  • Provide centralized pre-sales support to sales team in their efforts to increase our share of wallet with existing customers and bring onboard new customers. To lead the team of presales team and work with Sales team for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Give a company sales-person to understand and Qualify the opportunity
  • Design solution, BoQ, scope of work and support (IT Infrastructure:- server, Storage, Backup , virtualization, Cloud etc. )
  • Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
  • Tracking of all tasks and projects of the presales technicians. Review mechanism with the senior leadership of the company.

Required Skills and Knowledge


  • The person providing the required solution but also onboard a new set of customers who can benefit from the latest technologies in Enterprise IT Infrastructure space.
  • They cater to various requirements of our Customers as IT Infrastructure Enterprise Products & solutions. viz.
  • Deep Understanding of IT Infrastructure (Data center, Server, Cloud, Backup, Storage, Server and desktop virtualization)
  • Should have an understanding for creation of BOQ, RFQ, Solution document, SOW for customers.
  • Deep product knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, IBM, HP, Nutanix, Dell, VMware, Citrix VDI etc.
  • Educate to internal team and customer about latest technologies and product update
  • Build or existing relationship with OEM for Technical support and assistance
  • Enterprise Computing Servers, Storage & Data Backup Solutions, Back up Tape Media Cartridges, IT Infrastructure products, Master key Locking Solutions, Data Migration Services & AMC Post Sale Services.
  • Data Backup Storage Solutions i.e. products catering to various OEM’s as IBM, Veeam, Comvault, Netbackup and Vmware etc.
  • Data Migration Services – Tape to Tape to Disk to Cloud Migration
  • Basic understanding of IT Security and network.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
  • Persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people at all levels, diverse background/ industries and personalities.

  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times.

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.

  • Creative & out of the box thinking.

  • Report writing skills.
