4.Stakeholder management for building a strong professional relationship with the client.
5.Acting as a liaison between the management and the employees for the smooth functioning of the hiring process.
6.Forecasting and planning the hiring strategy according to the market to achieve the revenue.
7.Maintaining the required trackers and reports as required by the management
