Candidates should have good experience in Remote support role,
Good Communication Skills required.
Good working knowledge of Outlook configuration, DNS, DHCP, Ticketing tools(anydesk / servicenow /team Viewer/Remote desktop, any third party ticketing tools)
Good Knowledge of Desktop software / Hardware troubleshooting,Windows, PST, OST, Service desk.
