Responsibilities:
Looking after day to day admin work.
Office stationary
Visiting Cards, Sim Cards, Access Cards and other administration work.
Coordinate with office employees
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain contact lists
Social Media Marketing
Required Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Preference will be given to the person having good learning skills.
