- Good understanding of Salesforce application security, integration, performance and quality requirements
- Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines
- Good knowledge with software development lifecycle practices and methodologies
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of Force.com experience in Salesforce Administration. Development experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling customers or end users, understand well what end users need and what developers prefer Customer oriented.
- Having good sense of Navigations. Sensitive to design that customer prefer, ease of use of a page or a functionality.
- Experience in subversion control system, ANT scripting, data loading, data backup and recovery strategies.
- Experience in migrating components across various Sandboxes of the Organization
