Purpose of the Position:
As a web developer your responsibility will be to plan, develop, implement and maintain existing web-based applications with integration of content management system, development and programming.
Job Responsibilities:
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Front and back end developer
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Plan and implement web enterprise system capabilities that will enhance services
• Develop flash web applications
• Trouble shoots technical and nontechnical issues
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
• Stay updated into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Thorough knowledge on app development
Requirements
• Proven working experience in web programming
• Excellent programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
• Familiarity of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Familiarity of web software integration with web 2.0 services such as google, linkedin, facebook, youtube. etc.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as photoshop and illustrator
• Ability to hand-code, analyze, debug, and deliver clean, validated and maintainable code
• Excellent business, technical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
