• Thorough understanding of user centered design process
• Must closely with the UX design team and clients to understand the visual design strategy of the product.
• Strong foundation of visual design principles and the science of visual communication.
• Project planning skills and meticulous execution.
• Strong visual design strategy execution; Deliver through the design phase (create and manage the development of high-fidelity mock-ups, visual style guides, design assets).
• Work closely with the Development teams to ensure implementation support for UI aspects of the delivery to be in-line with approved visual strategy.
